March 12 2011



Mmm, it must have been uni season, because there was a lot of it every week.
Nowadays (in May-June) there's hardly any on Saturday and definitely none by Sunday.
That's right! We used soy sauce packets from sushi takeout.
I think this was attempt two at spicy sashimi marinade.
I can't remember how it tasted so it probably wasn't too good or bad..
Cutting the salmon half frozen was a little easier. But made for harder eating (due to waiting).
New method of cutting scallops!
