Toshi Sushi

Oct 21,2010.
Attendees: Eeliz, Sake, Tuna, Yvuni






Seaweed salad.




Box sushi. Lemon, shrimp, scallop, salmon, yum.



Seafood gyoza.



Plain udon.



Nasu dengaku (grilled eggplant).




Tobiko/Ikura with quail egg.



Aji (Horse mackerel) and Saba (mackerel).



Black cod miso. Melt in your mouth goodness.



Toro and big-eye red tuna.




Uni (sea urchin) and Hotate (scallop).





Olena 'enjoys' the deep-ocean taste of Uni.




Kani (crab) sunomono. Real crab meat!



Negitoro cones.
